- (2023-10-16) Sherry Markle: Paid for it twice. Can't use it. Can't get a refund. The app is not compatible with my desktop, but now that I've paid for it, I can't use the website. It just keeps trying to go through the app. There's no tech support, so I'm not going to be able to finish the project I need to finish and can't get help with it. Don't waste your time or money. Troll the prisons for your next boyfriend instead. It's safer.
