  • (2025-06-28) Norman Mang: This extension is quite phenomenal, it makes "quick adding" things from the web as tasks so seamless and effortless. It definitely exceeded my expectations. This app is for people who already have comfortable access to their TickTick app via desktop app or a sidebar browser and don't need the official TickTick extension's list accessing features. The official extension is more like a fully functional TickTick in the form of an extension, which does include the ability to quick add stuff layered on top, but for that particular feature it is nowhere near the caliber of this extension. This extension is clearly designed from the ground up with the quick add of tasks as its core functionality. And while there are good Gmail and Outlook extensions also available in their respective ecosystems which I have been using, this can work with any email client on any device your browser does.
  • (2025-05-17) Scott Altham: Turns TickTick into a read later app, love it. Thanks for developing this extension.
  • (2025-02-26) Andreas Persson: Looks promising, however selecting text and right-clicking "Send Selection to TickTick" only open the extension's settings page, with no apparent way of actually sending the text. It does not show up in Inbox or anywhere else in TT. Am I missing something? Also, presuming it works, would it be possible to create Notes as well? Maybe even set default Lists for Tasks and Notes separately? Thank you!
  • (2025-02-15) O. A.: Wow, 4,000 users – and I just happen to be the 4,000th! 🎉 This extension works fantastically, and I am absolutely satisfied! It is easy to install – you just need to configure it beforehand so that it syncs with the TickTick app. After that, it’s so incredibly easy to use that I’m absolutely thrilled. 5 stars from me! 😊 Suggestions for improvement: • A keyboard shortcut, so you don’t have to use the mouse. • The ability to use the Chrome window name or tab group name as a tag or in the title. Chrome provides both tab group names and window names – it would be great to set them individually, for example, one as a tag and the other in the title, or even both separately customizable. • Directly import entire tab groups or windows, instead of sending tabs one by one. It would be convenient if each tab becomes a separate task. Even better would be if the tab group or window name appears as a parent task, with the individual tabs as subtasks.

  • (2024-05-18) A B: This thing is awesome. Sometimes it's the smallest thing that makes the biggest difference. One click, it's captured, filed, tagged, and due-dated.
  • (2023-08-02) Jim Barr: Simple, elegant, and it just works. High praises. Ideally, I'd love it to include in the Description field the page content stripped of superfluous garbage similar to how Pocket, Instapaper, and the Notion Web Clipper extensions work, but I do understand the lean purpose of this. That swaid, it's perfect for quickly capturing a link to an article in an organized way that I can be confident I'll find later.

  • (2022-06-12) Carol Cho: Works! Thanks so much for fixing the one glaring weakness of TickTick - its terrible official extension that forces a new tab opening to create a new task and disrupts workflow! Your version makes it so easy to add things to TickTick!
