First, it got so that I couldn't see anything in any field if I tried to create a new email or event--all the fields would have black bars on them, or else the font would be white so that it was invisible against the white background. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, and now it won't log in. The login window pops up, I appear to successfully log in, but then it just sits there forever showing the mail going into the envelope, the login window never closes, and I never get logged in over in the extension. In short, used to be great, but now it's garbage. Here we are, 4 full months later (Sept 2023), and it still doesn't work. Unbelievable that Microsoft is doing nothing to fix this extension. So, now we can safely say that not only is the extension garbage, but so is the support.

Works fine for me, I do wish that notifications would vanish quicker after opening outlook on the web/reading it. Sometimes the red dot notify doesn't vanish that I have to open twice. Beyond that, works fine for me.

But starting recently, when I select the extension, it merely opens a separate Outlook loading window that never finishing loading. It seems to no longer work on either my work or home machines. I'd love to update my review if the extension starts working again.
