- Yep got the e-mail saying Trend ID Protection is now free and part of my plan but once you add the extension it asks you to pay additional costs. Looks like another corporate money making exercise, take something away from a plan and then ask the client to pay for the upgraded product.

- So, for months I've been having troubles with your website testing feature so, I uninstalled the previous trend micro check extension today to only find out you guys made a "new" extension. This extension basically has everything the old one had, but the difference is that it's behind a paywall when before it wasn't. the fact that you guys are charging for this when people are already paying for trend micro maximum subscriptions is a joke. I ain't forking out an extra $80 for a feature / extension that was free beforehand.

- Very confused! My License is still valid, but I find that others still can access my computer? Just a while ago, when I logged in, a pop up screen came up and my mouse cursor was freely moving without my action! I tried to close the pop-up, but couldn't close it and my files have changed which I wanted to open? When I tried second time, it opened as if some one had changed the text and it all looked corrupted. My Security system doesn't seem to work! I presume the system supposed to come with Password manager, Identity theft protection and Micro ID Protection. The McAfee still pops up so what shall I do?

- Very confused! I have the latest Maximum Security which is supposed to come with Password manager, Identity theft protection and Micro ID Protection. When I try to download from my account to setup the supplied Micro ID Protection feature, it tells me my trial period is over and I need to re-purchase the app. Hmmm?

- still dont know if this program is fully working on my computer or not can trend check it from there end also still not working the extension on the top bar still is in grey this is new program to me can trend please reinstall this for me i am not paying for anymore trend programs until they fix my current programs

- This is a good extension in general, but I don't like the Clean My Browser feature. That just creates the hassle of having to log back into many sites. Please add the feature to hide/disable this feature so I don't accidently click it.
