(2025-08-18) Deb: I feel like this kind of app should be illegal. This is NOT a all-in-one app. This is a container for ChatGPT. You still need to create a ChatGPT account and then link it here. THEN it doesn't even have the option to read selected text, you have to manually copy and paste it over. You know where you can do the exact same thing? ChatGPT. 🙄

(2024-12-15) Inertia: Doesn't seem to use AI. There's also an annoying long pause after every scentence that can't be adjusted, and after reading a while it tells you "daily limit reached," asks you to enter a captcha code, and then keeps telling you you entered the wrong characters after entering them successfully multiple times; not very useful for pdf books/online novels.
(2024-11-14) Dathan: The best part is being able to view the text in the side pane and being able to start and stop it sentence by sentence. There's a huge selection of voices, which is good but is also not good because it's too hard to find the good American voices in the list. They could organize that better.

I like to see each word being highlighted when it is being read so it helps my eyes follow the text and help me better understand what I am reading. I like the feature that enables me to right click on the highlighted text and choose "read aloud." It would be helpful to use more generic and natural voices like what ChatGPT uses that mimics a real human being talking with the use of AI. I wish I could easily drag and drop texts in the window on the right side, but I have to trash the text first, click on the blue button then paste the text. Thank you for creating this free application.

(2024-07-27) 一帆: Please don't arbitrarily change the appearance, which affects my macro settings (e.g. the colour of the bin changes). Please don't remove the options to show the sidebar separately (it now checks that the page has no content to read, and I only need to read aloud from the pasteboard) and to show it on the left side (I need to put the whole little page on the right side, otherwise it takes up too much of my screen). Please fix the bug that I can't use the shortcut ctrl+v to paste, I can only paste text by "right-click-paste". This happens on m2 MacBook Air 14.6 Beta (23G5075b), Microsoft Edge version 126.0.2592.68 (official) (arm64), plugin version 1.1.4. Please continue your great work!

(2022-04-22) Adolfo: Sehr hilfreich und beliebt durch tägliche gebrauch, aber es konnte besser noch. Ich empfehle nicht zu viel zu erwarten. Überschriften und Titeln besitzen nie halt selten einem Periodenzeichen hinterher. Mitgemischt mit der allererster Satz darf sich alles eben ein bisschen komisch anhören.
