(2024-05-19) Myrlande: This really hard to work with. They keep charging me every 2 months. When you think you ordering something for $20 you get charged $60. Contacting them is another story. I don't know why Total Security and Total AV have so many apps. Why every time I open an app, I have to activate or download it again and again? I wish they would refund my money, but I have no response to my requests.

I found all the irritating issues that I have had already identified in this poll. I found 5 4&5 stars on 5 responses. There are a total of 20 reviews listed here. of those 20, there is 0ne 5 star and three 4 stars. I've learned a good lesson here - READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. I would not have purchased this lousy product based on these reviews and I warn anyone considering purchase of this product to READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. Good luck.

They also annoy you to say to many things are compromised. I already fixed my email before this extension was installed but still says it is. This has a lot of false positives too. Uninstalling. Too much **** to trust. Norton is not this intrusive.
