YouTube decided to make the vertical scroll behavior change the volume. What a horrible idea. When you scroll up or down the page, if your cursor just happens to cross the video surface, your volume is totally ruined. It's an annoying "feature", just like almost all the crap that YouTube churns out these days.
This extension fixes this "feature" by removing it.
