- Awesome extension. YT shows these on the main page, but not on the video itself (baffling design choice). This restores my sanity. Also, the estimation sucks without this. It will say 2 years ago 30 months later, etc.

- Doesn't work. If showing date on recent uploads is selected the date is shown on the subscription page. But nowhere else, not on channels video pages, not on youtube homescreen, nowjhere else.

- I encountered some errors when using the extension on YouTube channel's shorts and videos pages. There seem to be two main issues: Extension context invalidated — looks like the extension context breaks, maybe due to page navigation or YouTube's structure changes. Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'playerMicroformatRenderer') — seems like the extension tries to get video info, but the structure changed or the data isn't ready yet. Could you please check? Thanks a lot!

- "Show YouTube Video Upload Date" does exactly what it says it does. The free and paid features are clearly stated in the description. IMHO, the upsell _is_ a little insulting, but it's not unexpected.

- Requires yet another subscription fee. It simply does nothing if you don't pay them. They don't have to host anything. They don't pay a penny when I run this extension. And yet, they require me to pay them money for the privilege of running JavaScript on my own computer. Greedy, that's all I can say.

- unfortunately, i don't think this works on Vivaldi. only a couple videos actually show the dates and rest are all still the "X year ago" format. i know this browser isnt used by enough people to really be considered, but id love if it was compatible with vivaldi!

- hey i think you should let the hours be shows if the video was uploaded under 24hours and after that you can show the exact date.

- Could you explain the reason for the additional permissions, to change data on your website, in the most recent version? Once this is properly answered, I'll raise my rating to 5, because the extension is so useful and performs perfectly.

- Thanks alot for this, making it easier to watch a youtuber if you want to follow the videos/the progress especially if you restart your pc and dont know where you where, just find out when the last watched video was uploaded and search the channel for the next date. Will aid my quest to finish all of youtube^^ /s

- In many cases, the latest version 4.2 removes dates from videos and don't change dates of recommended videos . You don't see dates at all, even in the usual YouTube format.

- Will I be prompted more than once for a paid version? If so, I'll be removing this and utilizing another extension instead. There's less obtrusive ways to offer paid services than taking over my entire screen first thing when loading up YouTube.

- Great extension, would be even better if it worked in the channels videos and live categories too, if possible, looking for a video from 2020 November being drown in a hundreds of "4 years ago" video is annoying thanks to YouTube. But I'm still happy to be able to see the dates in the feeds now. Thanks a lot.

- Not very useful since it only adds the date to the videos you are currently watching (if you open the description you can see the full date already, no need for the extension for that) and the ones suggested on the sidebar. Videos from search, homepage, channels, playlists, etc is not included, and that is the vast majority. I'm trying to sort a playlist by chronological order with a ton of videos in it and it's impossible when I have to open them every time I want to know the date. So frustrating.
