Then he asked from your support they said that this feature is not available. Then how is it possible to show that in video just to attract customers, Alex was the agent who talked him. he asked for the refund, but after that without helping him for the refund he disapeared and not repling from 3 days. Kindly help to get this issue resolve.

I installed and checked it my own store first, the "Best selling products" are absolutely fake and "last sale date" is totally wrong, with made up data. some items shown as "best sellers" I haven't sold one unit in months. do not trust for this kind of analysis.
