- I agree with others who have commented. This tool is just as useful as a sticky note if we're honest. When the feature works great! The ability to type a shortcut and autofill repetitive details is helpful. However, majority of the time the details wouldn't auto fill. I had to copy and paste which is exactly what I'm doing now that it's no longer free. The other issue I have had over the past year or more of using this tool is the functionality of the extension. I've grown TIRED of having to remove and re-add the extension because something happens and the icon disappears. Singing into the workspace can also be a nightmare. Really this is just a rough tool to use but there are useful things. Not worth paying for. I find this most unfortunate since I was so excited at introduction.

- Removal of the free tier makes this a no-go for me. The basic features were all I really need and all the AI stuff doesn't work well enough to be worth paying for.

- Add-on stops working. It is reset to Disabled on a daily basis. Choosing "Repair" does nothing. I can only go to this page and click "Turn On" to re-enable it.

- Ich liebe dieses App und benutze diese schon 4 Jahre ++ aber in letzter Zeit stürzt die immer ab und ich muss entweder neu installieren oder von der Extensionseite aktivieren, was sehr nervig ist. Ich will jetzt die paid version nutzen, habe aber Angst, dass es so weitergeht. Das wäre Schade. Könnt ihr mir bitte dazu Info geben. Chrome sowie Edge Browser selbe Problem.

- I love this application and use it daily for my work, but now there's an unreasonable limit of 20 macros per day and it basically forces you to upgrade to a paid plan.

- The addon was helpful before a limit per day was introduced. Now unfortunately, the add-on is useless.

- Full of useless functions and spam wherever you click. For an app that's supposed to be a text expander it is overloaded and overcomplicated which is quite unnecessary. On top of that - it is not free. You have a limit per macros used a day which you have to pay a subscription to avoid.

- This is amazing. I feel like I can't work without it now. It automates so many of my standard responses. It even tells you how many hours you have saved by using this and it adds up to weeks worth of work each year. For example after every piece of work that I complete I need to add the date, time, what I have completed and my initials. I do this approx. 50 times a day but instead of typing it all out this add on does it for me at the click of a button. Just that one simple example saves me a huge amount of time. It does much more complicated and sophisticated tasks too so give it a try. I recommend this to everyone!

- Once a great tool that now charges for basic functionality that others do free. I use this at work, not at home. If it was asking me to pay to use useless AI features that Co-pilot and chatGPT do for free, that's one thing, but paying to use the basic text replacer? No thanks. I'll go elsewhere.

- I'm disappointed that this extension puts an icon over the page on the edge of the viewport. Why is it not enough for the extension to have icon in the browser toolbar? Why do you have to float the icon over the webpage? Disabled. I don't want to look at that on every page I visit. Furthermore, I installed this because I was told that it could summarize pages. I don't see that feature.

- I use it every day, if I could add a feature, I suppose it would be to be able to make a central "source library" of shortcuts, that would update the shortcuts in a group without the individual person in that group needing to update a shortcut manually.
