- I first installed Malwarebytes Browser Guard about a month ago. Although I'm not getting as many ads to block, they still pop up several times a day. I was on a 14-day trial and since then paid for a reduced price of this product about a week or two ago. Is there more that needs to be done to irradicate these pests?

- Malwarebytes keeps on asking me to install Browser Guard and IT IS INTSTALLED. Always sending messages telling me to upgrade. If Malwarebytes is so good why do we get messages to upgrade and spend more money all the time. IT IS ANNOYING. Won't renew again with Malwarebytes.

- I continue to receive messages about installing Browser Guard on my computer. At first, I had a 100% rating, then it has continued to drop. This is all the while I have already installed it on my computer. Several times, I have deleted it, thinking it would show as it's on my computer.

- Not impressed. It blocked access to "Roundcube" claiming it is phishing. What do you have against a leading web email interface to block it? My solution was to remove this plugin! Giving false blocking and I question whether other sites it blocked actually should have been blocked!

- Was working until it started blocking safe sites, like a site I use for work, the digital library etc. Also worked blocking YT commercials until it didn't anymore. I've installed it again and hope that will fix the problem.

- For some reason malwarebytes really abuses my ryzen 3600. It makes the CPU temperature go up to 65 degrees celsius on some websites.

- Protege bem, faz bem seu papel. Porém, faz seu navegador travar e ficar lento. Meu processador com 12 núcleos ficou com 90% de CPU do nada, fui ver era essa extensão consumindo CPU de forma absurda.

- Utile pour bloquer les pubs intrusives et longues (jusqu'à 2 minutes!) sur YouTube, mais le problème de cette extension que je l'utilise avec Edge est qu'elle est régulièrement corrompue et je dois la recharger. - So far, so good. Its one of the new adblockers that still works on YouTube. 4 star rating instead of 5 is because if can sometimes block links you need but these can be allowed in the settings.

- Doing a great job but when extension updated to last version 3.0.8 I got error message: "The extension failed to load properly. It might not be able to intercept network requests." Extension has checked, looks ok and I can see data, re installed but massage still active. My MS Edge Version is 128.0.2739.54 (64 bit)

- I use this in combination with uBlock Origin and am very happy with the results. Sometimes Malwarebytes misses things and sometimes uBlock does. Between the two, I don't have an issue. I've confirmed this with blocker testing sites as of May 18th, 2024.

- It doesn't work on **** sites anymore; I've never heard of a antivirus, ad blocker, or pop up blocker becoming woke. Its very odd direction the Devs decided to go in. I'll have to look for an alternative that isn't as biased and will just work on every site.

- Browser Guard isn't blocking ads on chromium browsers anymore and doesn't recognize my premium account status. Also, the Website login won't send an email code to login. Also Also, their anti-malware premium version is blocking windows definition and security updates. Maybe this product tanking means they're just a data mining company now. Wouldn't surprise me. I've never seen a company drop off this bad in product quality and then fix it later, writing is on the wall. Say bye bye to this one.

- I went to a site and browsed. I placed an order. AFTER my order was placed and PAID, Malwarebytes clicked in and "informed" me I was on a phishing site and blocked my final view! (v2.6.15 heuristics)

- i would reccomend not going to canyoublockit.com because it could destroy your computer but if you want to sacrifice your pc then do it

- The extension will not block ads. Websites like youtube and Amazon are slow to load. Starting ads on youtube will run for a few seconds before the extension will block it. An easy test to see how bad this extension is, go to canyoublockit . com. adblock-tester . com gave 73 out of 100 on test results.
