Better Tab was designed to make your browser more useful! Replace your boring new tab with a feed of your favorite news, weather, to-do list, events and more! Lots of customizations to make Better Tab your own!
Directly on your homepage or in a new tab you will have:
- News feed:
News in dozens of languages, you can choose the highlights from your region or from your favorite news site! It is also possible to add any RSS Feed link (in XML) to stay always informed!
- To-do list:
Add your tasks to a to-do list, move tasks to set priority, delete when done, and easily access your tasks in the extension popup!
- List of events and appointments:
Add reminders, birthdays and meetings... and have this information all the time!
- Shortcuts to websites:
Choose if you want a simpler layout with just a search and a Speed Dial list with 20 of your favorite sites! Add, remove and rearrange sites however you like. You can also choose a background image to make your Better Tab even more personalized!

- 元々Vivaldiを使用しており、Edgeを試すにあたってスピードダイヤルツールとして試しました。 多少使ってみた結果、以下の様な感想を感じました。 ・ブックマーク欄が小さい(拡大するか、或いはニュース欄との割合を変化させられる様にして欲しい。ニュース欄あんなに多く要らないよ！) ・イベントリスト・Todoリストが有るのはgood。 何かと開くウェブブラウザの空白タブで予定・タスクを見せつけられるのは、専用アプリだの何だのを自分で開きに行くより余程目に付く。 ・ニュースについて、複数分野を事前に設定してワンボタンで切り替えたり出来ないだろうか？(「JP: トップニュース」「EN:ABC」「EN:CNN」「カスタムRSS1」等) ワンボタンで切り替えれる様にしてほしい。 I was used Vivaldi and when trying Edge download this. Using this little, I felt some impressions. ・bookmark column is small (I want to enlarge it or change the ratio with the news column. I don't need that much news!) ・It's good to have an event list and a todo list. It's more noticeable than opening own management app. ・For news, I want switch multiple types with one button. (Such as "JP: Top News", "EN: ABC", "EN: CNN", "Custom RSS 1")

- This is a great tool, However the side tab for the "To-Do list" constantly keeps popping up when moving my mouse to the left of the screen. I think it would be much more convenient and efficient if the "to-do" tab was prompted to open only when the far left "To-do" tab is actually clicked and not prompted to open when the mouse is just near it or when the mouse hovers over it. Otherwise, it interferes with workflow and gets in the way. Just a suggestion! I love this tool overall I use it all the time for work. Thank you for hearing me out. = )
