I have tried to get it opened to get passwords to critical medical sites only to have to get new passwords from each of the sites including IU health to check on a path report to see if I had cancer. If it does not improve and improve quickly I will find something else. I also have alot trouble with this "master password and password. NO OTHER site gives this much trouble. Sure it has "forgot password" but there is no where we can find for "forgot master password."

I am about to cancel and refund my Subscription and return to NORTON!Wake Up TotalAV! Where and how do you contact Tech Support??????????

(2023-12-21) HL: Not happy with the install and still have no idea if its working as it should. I have been trying for 4 hours alone TURNED OFF Windows defender, cleared all other AV software on my CPU. "password is a bear to install and still not sure? no contact with any helpdesk via Phone line. All of my passwords and usernames, have to be entered each time for access on all 87 websites I use. One very hard install I know I'm messing something but have no idea what? No help desk to call or ask via email? If I knew it would be this difficult, I would have stayed with the other guys. I do not feel it may be 30% installed I see little to nothing and no help desk. I would not even give this program a zero. But I have to give a score, okay here your score "one with a "F". on creativity, images, helpful tips, email or call-in help desks. It's been a month, did a uninstall and reinstall Turned off everything that would block. Did send something to what, I think is tech support almost 30days into this.
