Anonymous 2025-05-27: Just download the extension on my desktop, and guess rules have been changed or I misunderstood the information on downloading. What I read stated I would be given 400 points when downloaded. Once I download the extension, it stated I would receive 10 points today and would have to wait a month before the balance would be added. I see below, that many of you received the 400 points the day you installed the extension. Unfortunately, you now have to wait 30 days for the balance of 390 points.

Anonymous 2024-10-01: I've had problem after problem with this freaking app.... I've continuously had to contact the support team to even get points awarded to me. I didn't even get the 400 points for downloading the chrome extension. They told me to just not play the game when I had already completed the levels I needed to get my points. I don't know if it's a bug or what, but they need to fix this issue.
Anonymous 2024-09-15: I have the Chrome along I play the games as well for points, the game worked to a certain degree but then one I got to the next award it didn't pay out and I have reached out to support to redeem the points. As well the chrome doesn't work, I downloaded it and I didn't receive any credits. Outside of the that the app is really good and simple to use but they could do better when being able to connect devices and accounts and ensure points are being redeemed.

Anonymous 2024-04-09: Love the app but this chrome extension does not work. It has been pending since October 2023 and it is now April 9, 2024. I was told to logout and log in and it still is pending. I just wish they could remove the pending. UGH!!!!

Anonymous 2024-02-23: I emailed them about my pending points. They said that I should "log out of the pogo extension". How do I do that?! There is no "log in" or "log out" option. The app doesn't do anything but hover in corner of my browser. Clicking on the icon just brings me to this screen. If I right click on the extension I am given the options to remove the extension or manage it. If I click "manage extension" I can turn it off or on. But that's done nothing for me....

Anonymous 2024-01-11: Best app so far for earning a little side cash!! done two transfers of cash so far small amounts but it all adds up!! I also use an app called DaillyGift which is also legit and pays out!! You play games and collect tickets and stones that are converted to cash some are a little time consuming others are quick to gain points!! Have did a couple transfers on both apps so far Been using various apps to see which one s pay an which ones dont!!!

I have never known another ssurvey/$earning app to do or have anything similar to this. it is my number one, my second is microsoft start, then fetch, I am also getting into some more survey apps to earn to se which ones are really worth it, to make some extra money and to help others know which ones are worth using to make extra money as well, instead of wasting their time. Thanks POGO for a game changing money earning experience!!!! You cant dgo wrong with this extension!!
