Youtube Ads Skipper (Lite) is a very lightweight extension I built for myself because of my concern about possible security/privacy risks on using other abs blocker extensions.
This extension only does the following two things on Youtube websites:
🟠When a video ad shows, it fast-forwards the ad and clicks the 'Skip Ad' buttons for you.
🟠Added a speed select button on all youtube videos that you can choose to up to 3x the video speed instead of youtube's default 2x max limitation.
It works 100% on your own browser when you are watching a youtube video. It DOES NOT need any other permissions and DOES NOT have any network activities. So 100% safe for your privacy.
Simple as that, It increases my youtube, and I hope it can help you too. :)
