• (2025-01-03) Jennifer M: I am a graduate student trying to gather data for my dissertation and I was nearly pulling my hair out with how I was going to be able to get posts that spanned across two years for a public facebook group page. I came across this extension and it was a GAMECHANGER! Not only am I able to quickly pull only the desired posts, it also provides them in an organized fashion with each post getting its own folder. Additionally, I was able to take screenshots of the posts can access them easily without internet connection when needed. I can only image how much time this would have taken if I did it manually and I am so glad that I did not have to find out. Definitely well worth it and a huge plus at how user friendly the process is and how organized the downloads are.

• (2024-10-11) לירן בלומנברג: Extremely disappointing. The UI is inaccessible and unpleasant to use, everything feels cluttered and hard to navigate. I upgraded straight to premium just to use the app, without even trying the free version, and quickly realized it was a waste of money. I immediately requested a refund, but they refused to give me my money back! The customer service is just as bad as the app itself. Definitely do not recommend.

• (2024-01-12) Savvas Voutyras: This extension is very useful for anyone interested in conducting research on facebook groups - which is otherwise quite complicated. The app worked very well and, when a problem occurred, the developer very promptly had a look at the problem and fixed it.

• (2023-12-28) Brian Bailey: Look around and see if you can find something better than this and let me know, because I looked for days trying to find something better or comparable that was free and I couldn't find anything. From what I could find, this extension does more than any other extension or offsite service and for less money. You can try it before you buy it to see if it will work for you and do what you need it to do. Compare what it can do to what anyone else is offering. Ten bucks a month, as of this date, is a steal. I ran into a minor issue with the extension hanging up on downloading within a particular FB group. I contacted the author of the extension, within 36 hours the issue was fixed and the extension went from 2.7.0 to 2.7.1. TL;DR: it's worth the money and the author of the extension seems like an authentic, good guy.

It groups downloads by member name and post date, but then all directories contain badly cut screen shots and resources sub-dir contains always one same picture, which is the group's cover page pic. By downloading posts I would expect: post contents in text or html format + original pictures downloaded + comments incl. media. This is just very useless, or maybe something broke meanwhile.
