MailBuddy composes them by taking into account context from previous messages and even politeness level (don't worry, it's never rude). If I want to nudge the response in a particular direction, I can describe it in 2 words. And it generates the whole paragraph! Don't waste your precious time and use this great extension.

I recieve a lot of mail every day, and each time it tooks me about 1-2 hours to reply, even if I try using templates. But with this email-writer, replying emails hasn't take me more than 20 minuts yet! It understands context of text perfectly and generates reply within a few seconds, and in most cases it doesn't need any corrections and all I need is only to hit "send" :) Now I have a lot of time to focus on more important things. I am often stuck on getting started with a reply. But with MailBuddy, I get a good draft, make a few changes, and it's ready to send. Seeing this draft prompts me to edit it and send it. I guess it's just how our brain works now - there are so many distractions around that you don't want to spend time on tedious, repetitive things. 2. It's great for emails that don't need my brain power. Politely turn down an offer for coffee? Repetitive customer service request? Follow-up email after no reply from a client? - it's beneficial for this case, as I don't need to spend my time and effort on it. And with the tool, I can provide speedy responses, which is crucial. The team behind this was very responsive as well. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions or feedback about the product. They helped me to set up a free google calendar integration, so now I can send my availability automatically and instantly without opening a calendar. P.S. Calendly is considered slightly rude to use in my industry, so I always needed to write my availability manually. Thanks for a great product!
