• (2023-11-28) Mila Banerjee: Do not pay for this! It is an illusion that it works, that the help files are meaningful, and that there is support. The developer does not show up to the meetings that you booked nor does he respond to emails. I tried twice.

Currently trying to obtain my money back through a bank chargeback. Such a shame as when it worked it was brilliant, reading the other reviews here seems like i'm not the only one.
• (2023-11-06) George Minzat: Customer support is embarrassing. Tokaudit does not always work even if you have paid for it. I honestly don't recommend it, they don't care about improving, they just charge customers and then ignore them, like they have done with me.

Unfortunately, his name is Michael Sinapi Hernandez (maybe Michael Gordon Sinapi-Hernandez...he likes to use Michael Sanchez and Michael Hernin as well on LinkedIn as he has a couple profiles), his email is [email protected] and he looks at his FaceBook messages and ignores them, too (he is Michael Hernin on there), Age 35 (Apr 1988), he travels between Oregon and Cali between addresses 11883 SW Windmill Dr, Beaverton, OR 97008 and 1823 Strathmore Pl, West Covina, CA 91792, and his two cell numbers that he forwards are (714) 326-4751 and (714) 580-0186. • (2023-10-19) Chris Hart: Seems to work intermittently, I have to remove and reinstall each day currently. Tried for the 14 day trial where the website advertises 30days. The sort function sort of works, I've sorted by views, and it gets most of them, but scroll a little further and you'll soon start seeing other videos that haven't been organised. This is when I've asked it to scan all videos so in theory it shouldn't be missing any in the database. You can download this all into an Excel doc, again this has some issues. You can't sort the data because some of the data isn't formatted correctly. It's close to being a good extension but with it's frequent bugs and issues, deadlinks, out of date entries, I'm feeling like this won't be something I pay for. Will see my trial through and make a decision at the end

Did the troubleshooting (uninstalling, starting in incognito, updating (which wasnt necessary)) without any success. The extension says that it gathered all the days but when I scan the last 10 days for instance, I dont get any results at all. (Left the browser-tab open for 45 minutes) Sounded like a good analyzation tool, but it doesn't do what it is supposed to do so if i could give it 0 stars I would. I expected tokaudit to solve a problem, which it didn't. It just cost me time, which is something you are probably trying to save, when using this app. 0/5.

I really like the ability to reorder someone's videos on their profile page by various metrics like Views, Likes, Comments, Shares etc. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to do TikTok competitor analysis, benchmarking, work with influencers or just understand and up their own TikTok game in general.

It can helped me make informed decisions about my own content, and I've even been able to use it to see what's working for other profiles in my niche. One of the things i enjoy about TokAudit is its dark mode feature. Not only does it look sleek and modern, but it's also easy on the eyes, making it comfortable to use for extended periods of time. The only downside I've noticed is that the font is a bit small, which can make it hard to read at times. I am using a 13' screen. However, this is a minor issue compared to the many benefits that TokAudit provides. Overall, I highly recommend TokAudit to anyone who wants to take their content creation to the next level. It's user-friendly, efficient. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed!

You can quickly scan any TikTok profile, and get full engagement and views stats available at a glance. (The extension actually overlays this data on top of each video). Once a profile has been scanned, the extension can easily sort its videos by number of views, likes, comments, etc. This makes the tool invaluable for looking at which types of content have performed best on your own profile. Additionally, you can do competition analysis by using the extension to look at other profiles in your niche, and see exactly what has done well for them. If you're serious about building a strong presence on TikTok, you need this tool in your arsenal.

All the others have maybe 10% the functionality of this and the core ability to sort and quickly analyze data is what makes all the difference if you're a Tiktok creator or a marketer who heavily uses Tiktok.
• (2023-03-02) Aram Simonyan: An awesome sophisticated tool, has the potential to be the "go to" TT analytics tool. Has plenty of useful features, I just signed up for an annual subscription. There are a few things I wish you guys could improve. 1. Extension font is too small and is hard to read 2. It'd be nice if the "download profile data" was be default sorted in accordance to the "sort videos by" filter selected in the extension 3. The sorting header in the spreadsheet doesn't seem to work properly, it sorts in some random order, makes no difference if you order asc. or des. it still sorts in an random order. 4. The video links found in the "Link to Tik Tok" column don't work either, it takes you to a page with a broken player and there is no content to play. 5. Some of the rows are color-coded to light gray color and I couldn't make sense what it's supposed to indicate, if there is no any significane to this color coding perhaps getting rid of them would be a good idea otherwise it might confuse people.
