• (2025-08-30) Christina Johnson: Brisk is an awesome AI tool that integrates directly into the instructional resource I am using including online articles, docs, slides and videos that I can use to save tons of time to create lesson plans, DOK questions, quizzes, rubrics, presentations, and educational resources.
• (2025-08-29) Brian Calcote: I like Brisk but they updated it to be really annoying now. The issue I am having is now it keeps showing annoying pop-ups when I am checking student work on Google Docs. If I want to detect AI, I will press the button. Please stop asking me if I want to detect AI. Let teachers turn this off if we want. Also, please make it so it stops asking me for "Find Next recommendations and recent work" Please bring back the old Brisk without all the annoying pop-up reminders. It made checking my students work for plagiarism so much faster.

I have to return to "https://www.briskteaching.com/ai-tools-for-teachers," select 'try it', where a sample Google doc appears. When I delete and enter a sample essay to be marked, i only receive feedback for a part of the paper and not all. Uploading a document does not work either.
