DESCRIPTION
This is a small chrome extension to hide Youtube Shorts from the subscription feed.
HOW TO USE
At the installation, the extension is ready to use.
Navigate to your Youtube Subscription feed (https://www.youtube.com/feed/subscriptions) and Shorts videos will be automatically hide even you are scrolling your feed.
You can see in live time the number of shorts hidden on the extension icon.
If you want to see them again, just click on the extension icon and it will disable the extension. (Icon will be grayed to inform it's disabled)
Click again on it to reactivate it.
That's it ! ✌
TROUBLESHOOTING
It can happen that the extension is decollarated or seems not working on your page. Just be sure the extension is active (red extension icon) and refresh your youtube page. If it's still not working, raise a bug ticket following the process bellow.

- (2023-06-08) Igor Freitas: Recently it's been very inconsistent. Now it rarely removes the shorts from my subscriptions page, if at all. I use it on grid mode and always manually hide the videos I've already watched, so maybe there are way too many shorts left for the extension to handle, I don't know. On list view, it hides the videos but not the channel name, so it leaves you with a ton of scrolling between each non-short video. Must be updated/improved. I'll edit my rating accordingly when it works again.
- (2023-06-08) Filipp Mistrjukov: To all people that came here rating as 1* - youtube just changed the way how they're building the subscriptions page which broke all the extensions hiding shorts hopefully, the author of this extension or somebody else figures out to set us free from the shorts. until then unfortunately, this extension indeed is not working

(For all those that say it doesn't work, you probably are using Chrome, they always make changes to block those addons), i recommend you to change Browser, I'm actually using Brave, which blocks ads and don't avoid those addons.

- (2023-04-23) Micah Bode: Works, technically, but makes it so that when I load my Subscriptions page, the whole browser locks up for over a minute. Not only that, but if I have many other tabs open, the browser will crash. Disabling the extension fixes these issues immediately. Will definitely have to find another Shorts-hiding extension unless this gets fixed.
