The EU regulations require that any website using tracking cookies must get user's permission before installing them. Imagine how irritating that becomes when you surf anonymously or if you delete cookies automatically every time you close the browser.
In most cases, it just blocks or hides cookie related pop-ups. When it's needed for the website to work properly, it will automatically accept the cookie policy for you (sometimes it will accept all and sometimes only necessary cookie categories, depending on what's easier to do). It doesn't delete cookies.

- (2025-07-02) Daniel: I'd like an option to show the cookie banner, if it's too hard to decline all of them, but other than that, seems to work great
- (2025-06-01) winslow100: Cannot recommend because it breaks so many sites.
- (2025-05-23) Player Slayer: All my homies hate Avast (thank you)
- (2025-04-02) wojtulace hoe: Still works.
- (2025-03-01) Наталія Гоменюк: Nice true Extension!
- (2025-02-16) Cor Hoogendoorn: Thanks for developing! The less warnings about cookies, the better!
- (2025-02-03) Joe McCarthy: I'm confused by all the negative reviews - I can understand some issue with the extension if it's sometimes failing or being difficult with website. But, In my experience, It's been pretty much flawless since Day 1, and I've installed/been using it on various browsers and devices with no issue at all. There may be the odd cookie pop-up occasionally, but I can't say I recall any. IME, it just works seamlessly, drastically minimising the amount of the cookie pop-up you'd get when browsing any sites, to the point that, when I use a device with no cookie-avoiding extension, it's immediately noticeable and wildly frustrating to have to deal with such cookie pop-ups that I'd previously forgotten about. 5*, does what it says. YMMV.
- (2025-01-07) Alexander S: Plug & play. Great extension!
- (2024-12-29) X X: Dangerous extension. It breaks crucial scripts on some websites. The project on GitHub looks half dead. The last commit was over 6 months ago. The issue tab is full of user requests to add support to websites. This means the functionality of this extension relies to a large extent on manual human work. This means errors and bugs will always persist. On GitHub, the project has almost no bug reports, meaning the users are not good QA testers, and there is little hope that bugs will be found and fixed.
- (2024-11-22) Laphroaig: This extension breaks archiveofourown, the pages of the site become blank
- (2024-11-09) Zullu Balti: Not working, I'm still getting cookie consent popups
- (2024-10-09) N: Works on some websites but doesn't work on others
- (2024-09-27) Petter Jakob: It's very aggressive and breaks default actions on sites like https://link.springer.com, where the 'download' button for instance cannot be clicked, and you cannot "autoscroll" or even mark the text.
- (2024-09-02) Pavel Slesinger: Seem to stopped working. Too bad, was a great felllow.
- (2024-07-05) leonard mihael: Don`t know what happened to this extension but by 1st of July I can see that it started to care about cookies.... Keep receiving cookies warnings every new website I open...
- (2024-06-14) ZIU: ZIU still doesn't care about cookies
- (2024-05-17) Jason Potter: Ineffective as the other 'I don't care' at blocking many of the bloody things.
- (2024-05-06) Laurin: Blocks almost every cookie banner reliable
- (2024-04-15) PC-GANGSTER Style: Premium!
- (2024-04-06) Oyv Poyv: It sadly is not as up-to-date or comprehensive as the regular "I don't care about cookies" is, bought up as it is by an 'evil' company or not.
- (2024-03-23) Ponik: Works in many cases, but... sometimes it blocks scripts that it should not and makes sites unusable. I've spend hours figuring out why some sites that I use don't work and it turned out that it was this extension that was blocking scripts with site's engine. I've had to turn it off, I don't like cookie popups, but I don't like not working websites more.
- (2024-02-12) Andy Peers: So far so good. To James Neal and his problem viewing CNN.com. Maybe its a sign? It's certainly doing you a massive favour. It's not news. Ya better off poking ya sen in the eyes.
- (2024-02-08) James Neal: I like this extension but it is breaking my access to cnn.com. I can get to CNN's homepage but if I try to click on any links I get the message that my browser is blocked. If I uninstall this cookie extension the problem goes away. All other websites I've been using for about the past couple months have been ok though.
- (2024-02-01) Flo (G): GDPR is great, I do care about cookies, but don't want to be asked everytime to rather accept minimal cookies always, which this seems to (sometimes) do. Obviously everyone whose revenue is based on cookies has made it absolutely as complicated as possible to opt out...

- (2023-11-21) ekarron: Won't work on a lot of websites
- (2023-11-21) S: Beware: suffers from the same issue as "I don't care about cookies." Some websites just won't function with this extension enabled, yet the extension can't account for this. Examples: videos won't start, web buttons won't work.
- (2023-10-24) Not Sure: Działa znakomicie
- (2023-10-24) Neo: No avast, Great job.

- (2023-09-13) Kuldeep G: legened.
- (2023-09-06) Benjamin De Rohan Willner: I end up less frustrated at the end of the day. I highly recommend!

- (2023-08-03) Jan D: Es lassen sich keine URLs per Copy/ Paste in die Whitelist einfügen, man muss die entsprechenden Adressen mühselig von Hand eintippen....
