Description from store Dreamdata’s Chrome extension gives users instant access to their latest customer data as you browse the web. This means you no longer need to hop in and out of the Dreamdata app to know if the company you’re looking at is on your team’s radar - whether they’re a lead, prospect or existing customer. When you set up the Dreamdata extension you’ll get notified as soon as you enter a company site that’s been registered on Dreamdata. The extension then gives you a snapshot of the account profile, including the number of contacts in the account, the date of the account’s latest interaction with your brand, who the account owner is, and more. HOW IT WORKS: When you visit a company domain with your browser, the chrome extension will notify you IF a company record exists on your Dreamdata account. When clicking the notification icon, the extension UI opens up and reveals the following data: • Customer name • Primary website • Industry • Country • Number of employees • Number of contacts • Date of latest interaction • Account owner The LinkedIn button gives easy access to the company’s LinkedIn profile page The large “More information” button gives direct-access to all customer touch points through Dreamdata’s Customer Journey report. A “Feedback” link enables you to send development ideas directly to the Dreamdata product team. The synchronize button downloads the latest company data to this browser extension from your Dreamdata account.
