- (2025-06-27) Acid Traveller: This extension literally saves tons of routine clicks! If it also had notifications (like in the earlier suggestion: a notification/sound when receiving new tickets), that would make it insanely useful. That feature would take it to the next level!
- (2025-04-04) Juan Alvarez: Does exactly what I need it to without being overly complicated
- (2024-10-11) Andrew Blanchette: Works great!
- (2024-09-17) Mohammed Billaluddin: A notification/sound when receiving new tickets & stop functionality would add more value to it.
- (2024-09-11) Daniel Bernens: The idea of this extension is great, but in execution it does not behave reliably. For me personally, it works but every time I reopen Chrome the refresh interval resets to 10 seconds. For other people in my organization, reopening Chrome stops it from working entirely until the user opens it and clicks Save again. It would be great if the developer(s) could update the app. Once it's working consistently I think it will be very helpful!
- (2024-04-11) Rob Joe: I have the same issue worked great for a long time but now it does what it wants to do. I did find a work around but you have to do it once a day change the refresh time and it works all day fine.
- (2023-09-04) Anibal Ciliezar: Truly works, refreshes as stated and delivers. Really helpful!
- (2023-07-31) The MacDaddy: This extension was great when i forst installed it (used in Chrome), but im not sure if the extension is broken or if chrome updates have broken it. But now it doesnt work properly. sometimes it refreshes and sometimes it doesn and i still have to manually refresh. whcih of course after using it fopr almsot a year with no issues means i forget on occasion and new tickets will just sit there.... very frustrating... fix this shite. seeing as Zendddesk CLEARLY is nnever going to create this function within Zendesk ticketing system

- (2023-03-14) Simon Harris: I liked it, BUT I encountered an issue when replying on a ticket and adding a CC. The CC box where I type the end-users email address kept disappearing. As soon as I disabled this extension, it behaved correctly.
