- This is solid if your main focus is SEO and keyword-driven content. I’ve noticed though that once research is done, the harder part is actually organizing ideas and turning them into something coherent. I usually pair tools like this with TinaMind to map out structure and connect notes before writing. Having keywords + a clear outline together makes the final draft much easier.

- As far as functionality, I loved Writesonic. However, their new pricing structure is overly complicated. I was looking at the monthly cost of the app more than doubling with no idea of how it compared to my current plan. And I was unable to clearly see what the new plan would provide. I can't have that kind of thing up in the air with the freelance work I do I need to understand the cost and know what work I'll be able to perform. This used to be a great app if you were a freelancer but it looks as if they're abandoning that segment of their business in favor of bigger fish. I've since canceled my account and am now looking for an app that more small-business/freelancer friendly. Too bad.

- It used to be solid, but now they limit what you can do—even with the paid version. These points/credits are ridiculous. I can ask the chat GPT FREE version to help me write every day AND design images every day. In addition, their page is now confusing to use. I no longer subscribe to their paid service.

- Since the update it lost its functionality, it just doesn't work like it used to. I have tried to reach out to the company and uninstall and reinstall and nothing has worked. This extension is something that I used to use a few times a day and now I am unable to use it at all.

- I love this tool - but recently feel ripped off. I have been an avid user for years, and heavily utilized the Brand Voice feature as I write content for various clients. I was offered a "deal" to save a few dollars per month on an individual plan and lost access to all but one of the brand voices I had worked hard to curate. Now I'll have to pay nearly 4x more for a feature that I used to have available. Please reconsider this gatekeeping - I'm planning to stay a user for now, but if I keep losing access to other features, I'll have to find another tool.

- Hi Writesonic team, First of all, I want to say that your product is amazing! I really enjoy using your plugin, and it has been incredibly helpful. However, I noticed that your plugin alters the background color of web pages, changing "--gray-800" to blue. You might want to check out the background color on https://chatgpt.com/, where the background has been unintentionally modified to blue. I really dislike the modified color, and as a result, I had to disable your plugin. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you!

- Great tool. Just recently, the floating widget stopped working. It keeps saying "We cannot process your request, please contact the support team". Can this problem be fixed?

- Good software, terrible Chrome Extension. Not a single time has the youtube summarizer worked. I've tried it dozens of times over several months. In the platform itself, I think most of the tools are useless, the ChatSonic feature is outstanding though. Merlin absolutely destroys Writesonic's Chrome Extension, and I only use Merlin's free plan.

I have been impressed with it, especially with its feature of using search engines such as Google to maintain the currency of its responses. So, while ChatGPT may provide an apology for inability to answer a query, ChatSonic will, more often than not, bring an answer. All bots are subject o making errors and defending them. Therefore, it is necessary to check every response to a prompt for accuracy. These errors may arise from misquotes, missing data on which training had occurred, miscalculations, and so on. If you plan to act on what you gain from any bot on a subject about which you know very little, plan to be disappointed at best and embarrassed at worst.

- I understand that AI has been intergrated into many of my digital and online experiences. That being said it hasn't been easy learning how to best word a detailed prompt. I found Chatsonic with the Photosonic module. What a lifesaver! My initial prompt was very basic, but the little enhance prompt button that pops up to the right is ingenious I was able to generate a beautiful sports figure that I needed for my content. This will enhance my efforts immensely. I'm going to go far with my content and I will be loving Chatsonic along the way! Thank You!
