Microsoft doesn't allow to change the UI of the Dynamics 365 CRM instance design out of the box. You have just a few options to change the UI layour, but still there will be some serious UX flaws.
This extension can redesign any of your Dynamics 365 CRM instance and make the UI/UX experience better in the following ways:
