- (2024-09-04) Eric Ketzer: (Original evaluation on August 8th) This is a really useful extension to connect GPT to the Internet. In the area near the search engine, the plugin connects pretty fast to GPT, Claude, Bard. (It doesn't work for Bing Chat)

Although one shall be careful, because if the WEB-search is turned on, the ChatGPT forces WEB-search for all question, and can't answer the "sophisticated" questions. (Like correcting english grammars for language learners. It says, that it can't find goal for the question on the WEB.) EDIT (2024.03.05) : Nowadays the search results are much more relevant and accurate. Now even more 5 stars! EDIT (2024.09.01) Since release of ChatGPT-4o the WebChatGPT is unusable. It is switched on the WebChatGPT, but the ChatGPT doesn't use it. :(
