Veilige, gecodeerde opslag
Wachtwoorden die aan Totaal Wachtwoord worden toegevoegd, worden veilig opgeslagen in een gecodeerde cloud. U kunt er zeker van zijn dat we de Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) gebruiken met een sleutelgrootte van 256 bits (AES-256). Simpel gezegd betekent dit dat geen enkele persoon of machine de gegevens die zijn opgeslagen in Total Password kan ontsleutelen.
Unieke wachtwoordgenerator
Met een enkele klik kan Total Password een veilig en uniek wachtwoord voor u genereren met zoveel tekens als u wilt. Het is zo belangrijk om de wachtwoordgenerator te gebruiken, in plaats van er een te kiezen die u kunt onthouden. Woorden, en zelfs woorden waarbij letters zijn vervangen door cijfers, zijn inherent onveilig, gemakkelijk te raden en vatbaar voor aanvallen met brute kracht. Automatische synchronisatie tussen apparaten

Tweefactorauthenticatie

Wat dit betekent is dat er twee factoren zijn om toegang te krijgen tot uw wachtwoorden: de eerste is uw hoofdwachtwoord en de tweede is een eenmalige code die naar uw mobiele apparaat wordt verzonden op het moment dat u probeert in te loggen. Door 2FA in te schakelen betekent dit dat zelfs als uw hoofdwachtwoord wordt geraden, een indringer geen toegang heeft tot uw wachtwoorden, omdat hij of zij niet over uw mobiele apparaat beschikt voor de tweede factorautorisatie.
Beveiligingsrapporten
Blijf op de hoogte van wachtwoord- en datalekken. Met behulp van onze functie Beveiligingsrapport kunt u al uw wachtwoorden wereldwijd controleren op inbreuken en deze snel wijzigen in een nieuw, veilig wachtwoord.
Uitloggen op afstand

Or possibly the sign-up/install/log-in process could be improved!?! I paid (that worked wonderfully), I installed, it took me to a page for searching extensions. I saw no instructions along the way or at the start of this. The button in the email I got took me to the same place I found when signing up. I did manage to find a page to log in to my new account and, despite having taken a pic of the credentials that were set up for my account, the credentials do not work. Pressing the "I forgot my password" button takes you to a page for you to put in your email and a "Recovery Key" or something like that which I was never given. There is no help button, no support chat, no help I could find. But I am blind (haha) when it comes to these things. So, I am now a proud owner of an account on Total Password that I cannot access or use. I will sleep much better tonight knowing I gave away money for such great password protection. But that is because I am an idiot. AAAAhhhhhh!! Feel much better already.

The only issue, is if you use it at work for example and the Admin has blocked the extensions. It renders this Total useless. I use others password generator and they all have a vault or a website you can accees and retrieve your codes or do a copy paste. Now understand, if your code is : Banana, Apple, Wolfie you can just ''Remeber it'' or Look it on your phone and type it. But when you as a professional program A.K.A a password generator to Generate a 60 Digit code full of symbols and special characters, there is just no way you can look and retype this. I use more than 15 different codes at work and that is why we need a generator. We need an app you can accees or a website to be able to log to an accees our codes.
