- (2023-07-15) carmina Arizmendi: I got the one week plan because I have 2 weeks to finish up my never ending reading assignments. But it wont work. I've had to purchase the plan twice and it didn't work either time. It says "You used up all of your Free Questions! Please purchase one of our Plans to continue using the extension." I've contacted support twice already but theres no way to tell if it went through or how long it will take to get a response. Honestly it would be the perfect app, if it worked properly.

- (2023-06-25) Madison Paruso: My cousin put smarter book onto my Mac for Connect homework and I like it. After about 1.5 weeks it stopped working and would not recognize previous questions. I kept getting the message "no one has gotten this question before" and the extension was not functioning properly. You need to remove the extension and redownload it. Now it is back to working and I can finish my HW faster.

- (2023-05-07) Katy Wirth: This extension will save you sooo much time! I had an assignment that had 150 concepts (which can be around 300 questions). This would normally take me 5 hours to complete (and that's if i'm working fast!). I used smarterbook and I finished the assignment in like 30 minutes. I completed a semesters worth of assignments in 2 days... lol. There will be questions that the bot doesn't know the answer to yet but it learns as it goes! Truly amazing.

- (2023-04-05) Parker Hewett: Just saw this on Tik Tok, thought it was a scam, then I literally did a 50 concept smartbook i about 5 minutes, out of the 100 question it asked, it didn't know about 68 of them, but it also was learning the incorrect answers as I went through it. But saved me so much time.
