Awning's Airbnb Estimator allows you to analyze the revenue of any property on Zillow or Redfin with a click of the button.
Make sure to pin the extension after installing it by clicking the extension puzzle icon in chrome and clicking the pin next to "Airbnb Estimator - Awning".
How to use:
- When you're on a Zillow or Redfin page for an active listing, click the Airbnb Estimator extension's logo in order to get an estimate of listing's monthly revenue on Airbnb.
- You can view nearby Airbnbs by clicking the "View Comparables" button and select / unselect similar comparables to update the estimated monthly revenue you'd generate from the property.
- If you're viewing a listing in a location Awning serves, you can click the view property page button and play with our calculator to see how much you'd earn owning the property as an Airbnb.
