The ability to automatically transcribe audio and video is a significant time-saver, allowing me to quickly get a written record of valuable information, even when I can't attend live. I also appreciate the AI-powered summarization features, especially the industry-specific templates and the option to create custom prompts – these help me extract key insights efficiently. The Zapier integration is a nice addition for automating some workflows, although it could be more intuitive to set up. However, I have experienced occasional issues where transcriptions haven't been saved, which can be frustrating after processing a long recording. While this doesn't happen frequently (maybe 2 out of 10 times), it does impact the overall reliability. Additionally, while the transcription accuracy is generally good, it can sometimes struggle with heavily accented speakers or poor audio quality, requiring manual corrections. Overall, Transkriptor offers a lot of value in terms of efficiency and features, particularly for webinar analysis and documentation. If the reliability of saving files and the handling of challenging audio were improved, it would easily be a 5-star tool for me.

The Chrome Extention allows you to take YouTube audios and extract it to do pretty much anything you need to do, it's super good. The Free version is already great, and the paid features are worth it. I am still testing Speaktor, but I already made my mind for Transkriptor
