- This extension helps me save loads of time as we use Slack for educational purposes and we have to deactivate graduate students a couple of times a year. Deactivating students from 3-6 classes one by one would have been a much time consuming job. Instead this extension deactivates the users within minutes. The developer is also super quick fixing issues if something isn't working properly.

- I had about 1000 members to remove. It was straightforward and worked great for about 800 of them, but I had unknown issues for 200 of them. I did it manually before realizing the developer would provide support, so bumped my rating to 5 as they were very responsive and willing to help and it worked well for the 800.
