An Extension that grabs current active tab's title and URL. It's very basic extension that is created for the sake of learning.
When you click on extension it opens up with a popup that contains a button "Pick Title". When you click on that button then it grabs current active tab's title and URL (when you're on a site it grabs that site's title and URL).
