Known bugs v 3.1.0:
1. Error pertaining to loading src scripts and firebase.
Temporary solution: uninstall and reinstall extension
2. Username not showing and messages not loading.
Caused by: chrome extension being installed on multiple platforms.
Temporary solution: uninstall on all platforms and reinstall on main platform
