TurboAnimator for Google Slides
Extension Actions
Automates tedious animation tasks in Google Slides with one keypress
TurboAnimator (https://turboanimator.com/) is a browser extension that lets you automate animation-related tasks in Google Slides with simple key combinations. You can quickly add and delete animations by pressing a few keys, and setup common animation presets. Please note that you cannot add entirely new types/custom/more animations (and no extension can do that) - this is simply for fast automation.
Why?
Using animations in Slides is sometimes tedious. There's no default way to change the default animation style and delay, and you need many clicks to add, delete, and modify animations.
As of this version you can:
- Add your preferred animation (configured in the Options menu) with a single keypress
- Save and configure up to 5 animation presets for future use
- Choose the animation type, start condition (on-click, with previous, after previous) and duration to be applied
- Animate by-paragraph if necessary
- Delete the last animation applied
- Clear all animations for the current slide
Important Disclaimer(s):
TurboAnimator cannot create new animation types or new slide transition types. It only automates the tedious existing manual process of applying animations.

- This is great in that I can just open up a slide, select a bunch of elements, and (on mac) hit the alt+shift+1 to animate them. Only bug is, after the "appear animation" is added to the elements, they are then, one by one, made to fade out. i'm only interested in fading in so i have to then hit ctrl+z as many times as there are elements. this is fine for me as it's still a huge timesaver... but it's a bit curious that i select "fade in" on the options pane but it still fades out.
