- (2024-01-27) Cameron: Very helpful app! (now please remove the "please review" banner from my chatgpt window or I'll have to uninstall! I won't go away :( )
- (2023-12-27) Jorttia Koliash: If you're a productivity enthusiast like me, ChatGPT Chat Organizer is a hidden gem. It's a simple yet powerful tool that adds a new layer of efficiency to your daily communication. Highly recommended!
- (2023-12-04) Seth Skversky: This is the go-to for GPT chat thread organization. Matteo & his team went above & beyond to update the extension after the latest interface update on Open.AI's end & I couldn't be more gratefull! From color coding to ease of use to drop-downs -- this extension makes your chat-threads into an organized machine instead of a scrambled inbox looking thing. Don't DL the others that add newsletters, "upgrades" and other BS -- this is the OG and all you need.
- (2023-11-15) Barry: Not working yet but ill keep it installed and wait for the update! Looking forward to it!
- (2023-11-11) Aef Anas: been using this plugin for months, love it. but because of the latest gpt update, the plugin won't let me add new stuff to the folder anymore. please let us know when you're done with the update. I appreciate it alot.
- (2023-11-09) Joshua Buscay: After installing this extension, I've encountered a critical issue where I'm unable to use ChatGPT on Chrome at all. Attempting to submit a chat returns the error: "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com." This persists even after uninstalling the extension and clearing cookies. I can access ChatGPT via Edge without issues, indicating the problem is isolated to Chrome. Assistance from the development team would be greatly appreciated to resolve this issue.
- (2023-11-08) Rainer Brenner: Funktioniert bei mir nicht mehr: "Unable to load conversation" - Schade
- (2023-11-07) John Dave Mediano: Not working.
- (2023-11-07) ten9miq: I think it's a great extension, but clicking on a chat within a folder changes the URL and reloads the page, however, it displays "Unable to load conversation xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx" and the chat cannot be displayed.
- (2023-11-06) iEngineer Glory (iEngineerGlory): I'm unable to use the extension. I don't see a way to save my chat in a folder. There is no plus sign next to my current chat.
- (2023-11-05) HYI de: Hi, don´t work for me. Unable to load conversation .... There are two things i want to mention: 1. In the instruction it´s said, that the deleting in the folder will not delete the chat below. But you forgot to mention, that it works other way round. Seamingly. Because is sorted my most important chats and deleted the "duplicates". No it is all gone, the Conversations in the folder are all unable to laod. 2. Even a conversation i put in a folder after the damage was done and that i did not delete, is unreadable in the folder, but readable outside the folder. I would really ylov to hear a workaround, and how to get back all my work in the gone chats, but i am afraid there is no way.... Nice idea, but to easy to do stupid things...
- (2023-11-02) Gordo: I want to help, could you share the github of it
- (2023-11-02) Nikita Kazhin: Simple, clean, free. What's not to like?
- (2023-10-31) Marco Nevache: Exacly what I was looking for!
- (2023-10-30) Casey Bennett: Great extension! It's about 95% there! Please consider the following additions. 1. Sorting ability for the folders created. Once folders are created, there's no way to rearrange them. I would love to be able to sort them per my needs and not when they were created. 2. Subfolders would be an absolute game changer. I have many top level folders that really could use some subfolders for another level of organization. Thanks! I'll definitely recommend this extension around my circles!
- (2023-10-24) Rohan Singh: Wow... I wonder why OpenAI couldn't implement this lol
- (2023-10-24) Ondřej Rudolf: Simple solution that helps a lot. May be the first step to something great? If it does more (structures, drags etc.), I'm ready to pay:)
- (2023-10-11) Diana Thompson: It appears there are only 7 folders allowed. I read reviews and it appears there is a paywall for more folders, but I cannot find the cost. Once moved into folders, the chats don't disappear from the list. Can't drag and drop into folders. It's confusing.
- (2023-10-06) Jānis Ķengurs: DOesnt work. Where is github, so i could post bug? It just allows to make folders, when i click on next saved tab, then it asks to make new group, but not showing groups i made.
- (2023-10-05) Jorge Guevara: Excelente para lo que la necesitaba. Estaba buscando cómo organizar mis búsquedas y esta app funciona de maravilla y para el propósito que la necesitaba.
- (2023-10-01) Radoslav Naidenov: Top app, exactly what I was after. Kudos to the dev!
- (2023-09-21) Aka Ori: I am using this because I want an extension for ChatGPT that allows foldering, hides foldered chats, and doesn't reload the page when accessing chats in a folder. I prefer this simple extension.
- (2023-09-21) Jonathan Mayo: Works great! Huge fan and looking forward to exploring it more. I have both the tool bar and the folders elements. That being said, is there a way to remove the add for the tool bar, folders, and youtube summarizer? I have 2 of the 3! Thank you.
- (2023-09-19) Max Stobetskyi: Does the job well. The UX could be better (dragndrop/colors/+ button is hard to see) etc. Solid 4
- (2023-08-29) josh wanner: One question, if I clear cache do I lose what I've saved??? I'm sure I've cleared cache before and didn't lose anything. I'm seeing if clearing cache will unblock me.... Not sure if it's because ChatGPT is down or what... but as of writing this there are reports that it is down.
- (2023-08-24) Rob B: I like the way that it displays the folders, but it is still missing some basic functionality for me to be able to continue using it. It would need the following features. Hide conversations that have been added to a folder, sync across devices, search all conversations, select multiple conversations to add to folders, and sub folders would be a great addition. As someone else has mentioned, this is extension is currently a better plugin, but it is annoying that a lot of the best features are behind an over priced paywall which is why I was looking for an alternative. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/chatgpt-prompt-library-te/hkabkcpdocmhidhbgfcpbadafacnekkl
- (2023-07-28) Marcus Vinícius: Amazing! Congratulations, thanks a lot
- (2023-07-13) Marco Marrero: It doesn't work.
- (2023-07-08) Joseph Gibson: This extension is a gift from the skies. It'd be great if we could move folders up and down but other than it's amazing. I have been using it for over a month now and I had no problems. I donated as well! Thank you for making this 🙏
- (2023-07-07) Hermann Zimmermann: The folders often vanish unexpectedly or upon restarting the browser, rendering the effort put into creating them futile. Additionally, the tabs labeled "Web Page Summarizer," "Organize Your Chats into Folders!," and "Note Taker & YouTube Summary" persist despite the organizational system being ineffective.
- (2023-07-06) Nico Draak: Looks great, I stored my chats into folders, but unfortunately when I try to open them from within the folder i get the notification: "unable to load conversation ...."
- (2023-06-23) Shubham Khichi: Its a great tool for what it does but it would be more helpful if there was a way to highlight the chats in the sidebar that they are already categorized in a folder this way I am not doublechecking everything. Apart from that the tool is awesome.
- (2023-06-15) Janac Meena: It's OK, but not as good as ChatGPT Folders (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/chatgpt-folders-organize/hkabkcpdocmhidhbgfcpbadafacnekkl). I like that this extension has colors though.
- (2023-06-14) Saad Shehzad: Great for organizing conversations, but lacks syncing across devices. Please implement this feature to greatly improve its usefulness.
- (2023-06-04) Dale Yuzuki: Hard to believe such a simple thing hasn't been implemented. This extension works wonderfully. Hard to spot the "+" once the extension was installed, but easy enough to find when you know what to look for on the sidebar. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU as this makes it super-easy to find what I'm looking for regarding past chats worth saving. Anything worth saving is worth organizing!
- (2023-05-26) Jed Merrington: This is such an absolute gem of a tool. I'm surprised that OpenAI haven't added something like this themselves, after 100s of ChatGPT questions I wanted to save, this tool was a time saver. Easy to use and seamlessly fits into OpenAI's design without it taking away from the core functionality of the ChatGPT window. I like to group things into different questions (Work related, personal life related etc) so being able to easily group things is so useful. Thank you for creating this, it's been such a time saver from scrolling endlessly!
- (2023-05-23) Jorge Dardon: Great extension! Works exactly as described and so useful for organizing your conversations. Hope in the future to see the names of the conversations synced up (if you change the original's name, it's currently not reflected in the group tab). Other than that, it's saved me so much of a headache. Thanks so much
- (2023-05-22) John Doe: I'm going crazy. I tried disabling all other extensions. Can't get that little plus button to display. I tried both on my Plus and non-Plus account, furthermore I also tested the latest version of Chrome and Edge browser. NOTHING WORKS ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I WAS LOOKING SO FORWARD IT. EDIT: I don't know what happened it just suddenly worked. I tried it for another browser and after F5 the plus mark suddenly appeared lmao??? (Also, I reenabled all my extensions and it worked; idk what happened; I haven't restarted my browser or anything.) Some recommendations I have for this extension that would get it to 5 stars if it added these. I think that it will add more fluidity and become less clunky: - Refresh the name inside the app if the name is edited; Current behavior: If I edit a name, the changes will not appear through the extension but will through the normal web client. The old name will still redirect to the correct conversation, it is just odd to see (This one is mostly aesthetic) - Allow a button to hide conversations if they are already grouped; Reasoning: It will make it easier to organize which conversations you have grouped and which you haven't. (This one is about QOL)
- (2023-05-21) Stefan Ristic: Works great :D
