The new X icon on Twitter will be replaced by the original bird icon that has been used for a long time.
This will provide benefits to users who prefer the bird to the X, as well as users who prefer the original icon.
Twitterの新しいXのアイコンを、長らく利用されてきた元の鳥のアイコンに変更します。
Xより鳥が好きなユーザや、元のアイコンが好きなユーザに対してメリットを提供します。

- (2023-07-26) idsuru higa: 2023.07.24にver2.0がリリースされて、2023.07.25未明にはユーザーのXサイト上の全データの読み取りと変更を許可することが必要になっています。Googleストアのプライバシーポリシーでは「デベロッパーは、お客様のデータを収集または使用しないことを表明しています」と明記されていますが、実際には収集と変更を許可しないと使用できない状態です。 おそらくエックセズ（ツイート）した内容やパスワードにアクセスするためではなく、サイト上のロゴを読み取って変更することへの同意と思われます。ただ文言的に収集と変更を許可することに変わりはないので、懸念があれば使用は控えたほうが良いかと思います。 製作者のサイトを見るとX運営の批判に使われることにうんざりしたようで、注意文が加えられていました。ジョークグッズのようなものなので、セキュリティのリスクを冒してまで使うかは自己の判断になります。
