Crunchyroll With Better Seasons is a cross-platform browser extension that changes the way seasons are displayed on Crunchyroll and adds the subtitles to the dub episodes.

Old features now supported by Crunchyroll direclty:

On the serie page, it groups all audio languages into a single seasons and reorder the seasons with a better numerotation.

On the episode page, it adds a setting to change the audio language.

Alejandro 2025-02-23: Best use of this is to unlock all currently existing subtitles for dub episodes. No, the words don't match the way Google Live Caption does it, but the words are integrated into the video, unlike Google Live Caption. edit: yikes! Turns out, when using this extension, Crunchyroll thinks you're logged into another device at the same time as the one you're actually on, which means anyone without the ability to stream to more than 1 device at once cannot watch with this extension. Dev, please reply to this and fix it. It's the one thing that is causing all the issues.

a boston cream pie 2024-09-30: Really good extension, but you need to be a Mega Fan in order for it to work. I don't know how the extension works, but it has something to do with being able to stream crunchyroll on more than one device, which requires you to at least have the Mega Fan subscription.

I was able to watch my anime with Spanish dub and English sub, but then something (I do not believe this was in my control) happened, and I am no longer able to do this anymore. I tried resetting my browser, uninstalling and reinstalling, but to no avail. This was a great extension! (when it worked.) EDIT: Nevermind! They fixed it! I absolutely adore this extension!

I think I need to use CrunchyRoll more because I tested this extension out the morning I am writing this review. It didn't work too well for me. Upon giving it another try and watching another show, I have found the setting that this extension enables. TLDR: Just give this extension a shot
