I uploaded a file to send as an email attachment and tried it out right away. It was easy to use and fast, and I appreciated the ability to see how much I read on each page. It is a great service that I wouldn't want my competitors to know about. It would be even better if it had two features. Firstly, it would be nice if the language of the landing page could be changed freely by the user or automatically changed when the language is selected to make it easier for international users. if you need a Korean translation, I am willing to do it for you. Secondly, I'd like to see more formats such as videos, powerpoints, etc. I don't mind if the videos are just links from other services like Vimeo, etc. This is a really good service that shouldn't be missed.
- (2023-06-12) Alex: Excellent product - Paypal dispute! A customer paid for an ebook and later that day he asked for a refund through PayPal. Paypal needed proof that the customer received the pdf. I made a screenshot from my ShareDocView account of the report area, where it states the time, date, email address of the customer, and the status that the ebook has been downloaded. I also sent to Paypal the email notification that was generated by ShareDocView when the product was downloaded. The information was accepted by Paypal and the dispute was annulled. CONS: I wish we could have the option to upload other files as well like, mp3 or video files. However, I can still upload a PDF with the links to the videos or mp3 files. Final words: An excellent reliable solution for sharing securely digital products and a great lead generation system.
- (2023-04-13) Erick B: ShareDocView is a great solution for sharing proposals, or any other type of document that you want to share securely. We used it to share a proposal and did not allow the user to download so that we could protect confidentiality and our IP. We could also track how many times the document was viewed and by whom. Last, having the ability to revoke access and require a password is a great feature. I hope they keep developing and growing the product!

If you have a product or service business or you provide information to others, this tool can make it so efficient to share proposals, samples, white papers and other documents that move your target audience closer to the decision you want them to make. Collecting lead info, analytics, and even branding the ShareDocView site they land on is a breeze. I'm excited to put this tool to greater use as I work out how best to put it in action. It helps me to store, share and publish various files with various options, including password (or no password), download / no download etc. Like a mind-reader, just I need any feature for the sharing and it is there in ShareDocView. The experience is absolute unique!

It is easy to use, and the best thing about it is that you can track all your documents with just one click. When you want to give or revoke access on any file, it's as simple as clicking on the document name. The software also allows me to organize my team files by folder so I can easily keep everything together.
- (2022-07-14) Markus Gieringer: Meine ShareDocs nur ein Klick entfernt 😍 Schnelle und einfach Files und Dokumente vom SharDocView Verzeichnis in E-Mails einfügen und schauen wie oft sie z. B. angeschaut oder runtergeladen wurden. Jeder kennt die Lesebestätigung von E-Mail Nachrichten. Manche Empfänger klicken diese an, aber die Meisten wohl nicht. Wenn man nun mit ShareDoc einen Anhang schickt (z.B. ein Angebot an einen kalten Kontakt) dann erfährt man immer sofort ob der Empfänger die Nachricht und den Anhang gelesen hat oder nicht... auch ohne Anforderung einer Lesebestätigung 😉 Klasse Extension wenn man ShareDocView im Einsatz hat!
