# How to get started?
1. Enter a link to an Instagram post
2. Select Include user profile in the Extension Setting if you want to export user profile. This feature will take longer, as data needs to be requested for each user.

I cannot access the Pro version anymore have no way to fix this I tried everything and this will charge me $12.99 per month I need to have this Cancelled since I cannot use this anymore it is not working. I already uninstall and reinstall not working still.
