- I've tried reinstalling, turning off adware etc It will not work. I select an image (selection tool) and it opens a page as if it's processing then immediatly goes to the hope page of the website asking to upload an image. there's no popup or any info related to the task being done. if you go to "Option" after right clocking the icon it shows like it is processing the image there but it just is frozen saying "Recognising text ..." nothing happens. . I hit redetect and it just opens the selection tool again and same cycle. There is no instructions if by some chance I installed/setup it incorrectly and no troubleshooting or info about app function etc at all. even if there was a video on the store page/website with an expectation of how it actually works would be helpful to know if even the parts Im seeing are correct etc. Based on other comments it appears people with app already installed (previously functioning) are having issues so not sure if this is a user issue or an app issue but the red flag point towards app/developer. I'm no expert but I am/was a computer programmer so I should be avoiding many of the pitfalls of a novice user I would think. There is just nothing that give you any guidelines or information about what you should do or it should do... It feels like a zombie app/extention/website!! :| Very confused about the high rating

- Não aprendi como usar. Clico no ícone da extensão, escolho fazer a leitura no navegador e seleciono uma área com textos, então mostra rapidamente uma barra de carregamento e depois some e nada acontece. Tentei colar mas o texto não foi para a área de transferência.

- After selecting the image, a tab opens to the results page, but the page is blank. Tried on multiple different sites with the same outcome. I love the idea and it's exactly what I was looking for but sadly it doesn't work for me.

- So far this is best OCR extension I've tested. I tried Copyfish, OCR Image Reader, OCR Editor has given me the best and most accurate result. OCR Image Reader is 2nd. Copyfish not so much, It always complain about selection/image is too small or only able to recognized partial text from a large, clear image.

- Antes le daría unas 5 estrellas ya que era capaz de extraer el texto de forma precisa y poder traducirlo en la misma extensión, pero desde hace poco la extensión dejo de funcionar y cuando quiero extraer texto simplemente no avanza la barra de carga no importa cuánto tiempo pase terrible lo que le sucedió a esta buena extensión.
