自動更新は、指定した秒数が経過すると、ページまたはタブを自動的に更新して再読み込みするブラウザ拡張機能です。ページの更新間隔の秒数を入力して、「開始」ボタンをクリックするだけです。
このページ更新拡張機能の最も優れた点は、セットアップが不要なことです。使い方は簡単でシンプルです。インストールして、アイドル ページを自動的に再読み込みします。必要な時間を選択するだけで、ページの更新が魔法のように機能します。
ドメインまたは Web ページごとに無制限の手動設定を保存できます。
デフォルトの時間間隔は、5 秒、10 秒、15 秒、5 分、10 分、15 分です。

この更新ページが必要な理由
- 時間間隔には、現在のタイプと手動の 2 つのタイプがあります。どちらのタイプも同じように機能します。手動で複数の Web ページを追加し、すべての機能を許可できます。
- タイマーのチェックボックスをクリックし、手動で時間、分、秒を設定してページを自動更新するだけで時間を選択できます。
- 05、10、15 回などの X 回数更新後に自動更新を停止する場合は、自動更新拡張機能を使用してこれを行うことができます。
- 任意の Web ページにビジュアル タイマーを設定することで、Web ページが更新されるビジュアル時間を確認できます。
- ハード更新により、Web ページのキャッシュ データがクリアされます。
自動更新リストには、タブ自動更新に設定したすべての Web ページ リストが表示されます。また、自動更新リスト機能を使用して、任意の Web ページの更新を直接一時停止または開始することもできます。
最も簡単な方法で Web ページを自動的に再読み込みして更新する拡張機能が必要な場合は、これが最適です。

Essentially you must reactivate the timer EVERY TIME you navigate away from the tab.

However I've only been able to set it up twice and both times I had set a "Stop after [number] of refreshes"... and it seems to reset the whole extension when it refreshes the page. I'm going to keep trying and continue troubleshooting it, but... It's great for a single "refresh in this many minutes"... I just need to make sure I am receiving inbound emails and don't want to have to continuously refresh the page myself, confirming whether anything has come in or not- unfortunately this doesn't seem like it's going to fit my needs. Great idea though.
