Flappy Bird is een iconisch side-scrolling spel waar je klikt om obstakels te voorkomen. Het werd oorspronkelijk uitgebracht als een mobiele game en vervolgens stopgezet door zijn ontwikkelaar, Dong Nyugen. Vandaag kun je dit eenvoudige maar verslavende spel met één knop op internet spelen.
Flappy Bird in een notendop
De gameplay van Flappy Bird kan het beste worden omschreven als eenvoudige, verslavende, maar licht irritant. Tik om de vogel op te heffen en zorg voor zorgvuldig door de pijpen zonder te crashen. Als je faalt, krijg je een hoge score en wil je het helemaal opnieuw doen om te proberen je vorige zelf te overtreffen.

Flappy Bird werd oorspronkelijk gemaakt als een mobiel spel, maar werd later uit de app -winkels verwijderd. In een interview met Forbes noemde Dong Nguyen, de ontwikkelaar van Flappy Bird, de verslavende aard van de game als de reden voor de verwijdering van de winkels.
