It helps users to automatically decline/accept cookies without any manual interaction, this makes the user skip those annoying popups on websites and have a better browsing experience.
Cookiejar also allows the user to delete any or all the cookies stored on the browser.

I used to get irrationally mad when every single website I used had huge pop-ups asking to accept cookies, and felt like I was being spied on every time an ad would pop up for something I was looking at a few days ago. Now I use my web browser and don't want to throw my laptop against the wall because of cookie pop ups.
