- (2023-11-24) Josef dela Cuesta (Yo): I checked all google meet recorder extension and this fits the bill for recording meetings without a bot. slight request though, please copy the name of the meeting or what is on the google meet tab bar and use that as the file name.

After concluding the call, I clicked on "stop recording," but when I checked the folder for the recorded file, I couldn't find my Google Meeting recording. How can I retrieve the recorded session?
- (2023-11-12) deepak babel: Good tool to record google meet recordings locally. If you are seeing 3 seconds recording only, then use VLC player since the recording is in .webm extension which plays fine with VLC but not with many other media players. Hope this is helpful!!
