Save code snippets from web pages, Save pieces of a wiki for a paper, or anything else you would want to save from a website in text form. You can edit the text in the extension itself, give it a name, and copy / paste it into wherever you need it.

Noter also saves the site you copied the text from, so you can use it later in your references, or go back to the page to get more context.
