This extension helps you convert Gmail mail into PDF documents and download them locally. In addition, in the mailing list, select multiple Gmail emails and click the extension logo to download them in batches.
We provide two ways for PDF conversion:
➢ The red button is a simple mode. In this mode, ordinary documents will be generated, removing images, lines and other elements.
➢ The blue button is the normal mode. In this mode, a standard document will be generated, which is closest to the original mail content format.

Hello there, I am having the same problem. When ready to save an email as pdf, the red/blue icons that used to be on the gmail interface has now disappeared. The extension at the top still works if I select one or multiple emails from the main inbox but no Red/Blue icons when an email is opened. Hi, I can't seem to get any buttons to show. Something is functioning, when I select emails and click the extension icon, it will download each email as individual PDFs. Information: Google Chrome Version 103.0.5060.132 (Official Build) (64-bit) on ChromeOS Save Email to PDF on Gmail, version 1.0.4 Selecting Multiple Emails, and Clicking the Extension Button doesn't produce a Save Dialog, if the PDFs are being converted and saved, I have no idea where they are going. However the 1/2, 2/2, the counter does show that something is happening... -- Clicking the RED Icon doesn't produce a Save Dialog, however it does in fact become un-clickable as if something is happening... -- Filename Format isn't functioning, the file always wants to Save as [title] - [myemail]... Any Chance you are able to help resolve these issues? Thank You.
