- (2025-04-08) Bryan Pruett: Just discovered this due to a co-worker recommending another extension with similar functionality that is deprecated. For how I use Zendesk, this is FANTASTIC. I HATE having ticket links open in other windows, and this solves that.
- (2024-08-20) Nychole Orb (Jelinski): Functionality works great, until you need a Zendesk dashboard window open and the admin center. They are technically both Zendesk but the admin center is separate and should open separate
- (2024-06-24) Josh Oakley: Helpful but buggy. If you have a ZenDesk bookmark in your bookmarks bar and hover over it, this extension will close whatever tab you're in. Can be especially frustrating if you don't know why your tabs are randomly closing (especially if you're presenting in a meeting).
- (2024-05-02) Adolfo Arias Vergara: Need Multiple ZD Tabs since I review many many tickets at the same time. We are not able to turn off this since its lock due to security policy's.
