- (2023-08-08) Eyal Yanai: A great extension (!) that allows you to learn ASL on the go. I highly recommend it for anyone who, like myself, is on their journey to improve their ASL skills and sometimes struggles to find the time to do so. Thanks for putting it together!
- (2023-03-31) Arthur Zey: I love the concept, and I was very excited to try it out, but it started getting very intrusive in terms of my being able to interact with page elements on various sites by blocking my ability to click on things, so I turned off the functionality while leaving the extension enabled. Then I found that, despite being turned off, while enabled, the extension interfered with the basic functionality of numerous sites, including an LMS we use for compliance training at work (and I couldn't even launch the courses), Confluence, and JIRA. The text editing functionality in Confluence was completely disrupted and resulted in inscrutable errors that were extremely infuriating as they resulted in lost work. Now, that could be a combination of problems with this extension and bad coding by Atlassian (the company that develops Confluence), since it didn't interfere with Google Docs, for instance, but sadly, it means that I had to completely disable the extension, thereby severely limiting its value to me. I was also a bit dismayed to find on the "Manage Extensions" page that "This extension is not trusted by Enhanced Safe Browsing."...that doesn't exactly inspire confidence! I'm looking forward to some indication that these issues have been fixed, so that I can reenable this extension and continue making slow progress learning ASL!
- (2023-03-23) Vlas Bashynskyi: Good Extension!
- (2023-03-19) Brad Mathewson: Technically, it works in the way the description says it does. But I'm really astonished by the lack of vocabulary it covers. It's mostly prepositions and similar words; "what" "before" and "in" will be highlighted dozens of times in a Wikipedia article, but virtually zero nouns, verbs or adjectives will be highlighted?? Even simple signs like "cat," "smell," and "house" are not given translations, not even to mention any signs rarer than "also," making this application virtually useless for anyone with even a very basic knowledge of ASL. (Even some of the words highlighted on the SignSpaces website itself aren't actually words the extension can translate...) I was really excited to learn about this extension, but it simply has too limited a vocabulary to be anywhere near useful. Context: I have taken one semester of ASL at university.
- (2023-03-06) Nik Lylo: This Chrome extension is an amazing tool for anyone looking to learn sign language. It provides a range of features to help users learn and remember the different signs and symbols. The user interface is easy to use and the videos and images of the signs are clear and easy to follow. The ability to save your progress and pick up where you left off is also very handy. All in all, this Chrome extension is an excellent choice for anyone looking to learn sign language. Really recommend π π π π π Gratitude to developers π π π π π

- (2023-03-06) Brent Mortensen: I have been looking for something like this! Growing up Deaf, I was frustrated that there weren't any programs online that helped teach the sign for words and the meaning of them. This is the best!
- (2023-03-06) Liuda Khalus: Awesome!
- (2023-03-06) Great job! 5 starts βββββ
- (2023-03-06) Mark Smith: I like the videos, is there an option to view all of them on one page?
- (2023-03-06) Harry Morgan: Cool extension
- (2023-03-05) Vlas Bashynskyi: Five stars :) πππππ I helped develop this chrome extension and I love how it looks and feels. Video content from Chris is miles ahead of anything else outthere.
- (2023-03-05) Sarah Wood: I have been waiting for something like Signspaces for a long time. With Signspaces, I don't have to worry if the signs are accurate. The videos are high quality and easy to follow along. Not only am I learning words, but the sentences included help me with practicing conversation in ASL. I can put my time spent online to good use. It's a must have!
