Works to alter the UI in the Authoring Panel Only. It sets all background components to black, while still being readable. More features to be added that will allow for custom themes, and presaved themes so your eyeballs are not destroyed by staring at a bright white screen all day, and to eventually allow for some customization in your daily workspace.
