It attempts to change your default search engine, which is ironic considering it is meant to block adverts in YouTube but exposes you to more elsewhere. This 'feature' is not made clear prior to install and if you reject the switch of search engine the extension is disabled. So the choice is: YouTube features and a privacy-leaking search engine or nothing. I chose nothing...
